GTD!
I've been to the bank, and they were (in principal) happy with me assuming my entire mortgage, and transferring the property into a trust.
My lawyer should be delivering me a property settlement agreement today which I need to check, and then the mortgage will be all mine (hang on, that’s not a good thing!).
I should also be getting a copy of the trust deed today, which I need to read and accept, and then the trust gets set up.
It’s all on.
